Captomatic provides automated attraction and roller coaster photo & video systems for theme parks. Their challenge: connecting thousands of guests with their personalized ride photos and videos from vast amounts of captured content.
We developed an AI-powered face recognition system that automatically identifies and matches guests with their ride content. Using Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) for initial face detection and deep convolutional neural networks to generate unique 128-dimension face embeddings, the system processes large volumes of photo and video data with high accuracy. Machine learning classification algorithms calculate confidence levels to ensure reliable matches.
The result: instant content delivery for guests, elimination of manual matching workflows, and a seamless personalized experience that scales effortlessly with park attendance.
