Following a major merger, our client's support team struggled with fragmented knowledge across two companies and decades of product history. Support representatives spent excessive time searching for answers, leading to longer resolution times and frustrated customers. Traditional keyword search couldn't handle the complexity.

We designed and built an AI-powered internal knowledge database that understands context, not just keywords. The system synthesizes information across multiple sources (internal systems, documents) to deliver precise answers instantly. The solution was built using Python, LangChain, OpenAI, Pinecone and Vue.js.

The result: dramatically improved customer satisfaction, reduced team burden, and new hires getting up to speed in half the time.
